The Chalet in Details
Access the chalet Lyon-Chambéry-Albertville-Moûtiers (take the direction of Les Ménuires-Val Thorens) St Martin de Belleville-Praranger. When arriving at Praranger follow the direction of Le Bettaix. When reaching the end of Praranger take the 1st on your left. The chalet is located 80m on your right (a wooden sign "Balcon de La Cime Caron" visible from the road is located on the chalet).

A single car can be parked in the garage. Other cars can be parked in the public parking spaces located on the way to Le Betaix. Please only leave your cars in front of the chalet when you need to offload them. Do not block the road or parkings of the neighbouring houses.

The chalet is located 950m away from the closest lifts.
A detailed description of the chalet Magnificent chalet, melting harmoniously tradition and comfort. High quality restauration done in 2005. Situated in the cosy mountain village of Praranger. The ski slopes of the "3 Vallées" and the center of Les Ménuires, are only 5 minutes away via the free ski bus service (mornings and evenings). These free buses are 300m away from the chalet, and will take you to the resort in the morning, and bring you back in the evening.

Kitchen opened on the living room, dish washer, big fridge, gas stove, electric oven, microwave oven, toaster, wooden stove, TV, DVD-player, Satellite TV, ground heating, small terrace, ski-locker.

What do you need to pay? To pay on arrival:
  • 500 euros deposit: given back on departure provided the chalet is as on arrival, or sent back by post (minus eventual deductions) within 15 days in the case where damages occurred in the chalet
  • Visitor's tax (standard tax to pay in France)
  • Final cleaning of 110 euros. The cleaning can be done by the tenant or by the personnel of the chalet for 110 euros (this decision must be taken by the tenant at the latest on Sunday evening). This deposit will be returned on the unique condition that the cleaning has been done fully by the tenant. In any case basic cleaning must be done by the tenant. This consists of sweeping the floor, cleaning and packing away the dishes, emptying the dustbin in the public bins.
  • Wood for the wooden stove: will be charged at the end of stay according to consumption
